My most recent trip to Nepal in 2025 provided a deeper knowledge of the craft, learning from different sound healing leaders and connecting with high quality instruments. For me personally, a sound journey is more than just relaxation; it’s a way to connect with my higher self and the spiritual realm through deep meditative states. Outside of the studio, a lot of my spare time is spent outdoors walking, hiking, paddle boarding, snowshoeing, motorbiking, and camping with my two little dogs, Dozie and Dallas.
